Doing a Sat AM surgery with the usual bits and bobs, when a chap came in
with
opthalmic shingles (early ++ fortunately). Doing a few flu jabs, as you do
at a weekend,
for nothing because you are already working 60 hours in the week, when the
next patient a young lady, presented with opthalmic shingles! Not seen
opthalmis shingles for 12 + months.
My partner, in at the weekend also, doing flu jabs for charity (NHS) as you
do at a weekend etc. heard of this clinical intrigue and was not impressed.
He saw a lady on Friday PM (at 7pm. as you do etc) with shingles of the T10
nerve etc. The patient listened to this and said could you just see my
husband as well (as you do etc.), and he had shingles in the exact
dermatone!
