An interesting case. Not sure about tearing up the NHS prescription though.
Methinks an NHS script contains all the required information to be treated
as a private script, but the script remains the property of the NHS. SO IMO
it is legal to dispense an NHS script as private provided that the script is
returned to the PPA (endorsed "not dispensed on the NHS"). Not sure it is
worth the hassle with the HA.
