We've only just *got* a PCG.. not even a Board yet! so I don't know..

Is "Education and Training" included in the PCG Budget, and if it is,
E&T for whom?
>Has anyone assessed the educational needs of their board members?
Not having a Board, no.. but this implies that board members have
Special Needs: Can I assume that we *are* talking about management skill
needs?
If we are, would your GP Tutor know about management skill training - or
needs?
Would these needs also be relevant for Nursing and Lay members (I'll
assume that the HA non-exec has already been educated.. ;->)
>Do reply privately if you wish
I hope you'll feel able to post anonymised results to the list - this is
obviously an important issue.. and an on-going one: Boards have to be
re-elected every 3 years..
