This assumes that we're ignoring te psychology of the consultation process
completely. While Hotch's point on the patient's agenda is undoubtedly
true, we are not compelled to comply with it. There is a priceless
opportunity in the consultation to educate her about her chances of dying
from the weed,( or just indulge in good old fashioned scare tactics!) This
is far from a disservice to the patient.
