I suppose in a way that *is* the continuity of care we should still
value - I remember a lot about some patients which doesn't get put in
the notes - from their relationships, jobs etc to things like, oh, I
don't know, how ugly they look when they cry - or things equally silly -
that's retaining detail of a patient in memory - no?
