But lawyers and accountants charge by the hour. There is a feature in Outlook that acts as a timer, you set it up as an account and
when you start on something you activate that account, stopping it at the end. It then keeps track and you can keep accurate info
for billing purposes. There are lots of other bits of software that do the same.
What is obvious from this and other threads is that we still undervalue ourselves. If we had a feeling of self worth we would all
resist being nice to the poor man who was worried about his rectal bleeding at a weekend and wanted it sorted out as he was away on
a course all week and then on holiday so he could not make an appointment to see his GP. I have told such people that it is not
appropriate and might lead to misdiagnosis or false reasurrance to see them as an emergency. I then leave it to them to organise
their life to be in balance with their health needs. If they wish to go to the private GP centre and pay at a weekend or to ignore
their symptoms, then so be it.
