May be, but that makes health care in about 200 other countries unsafe
as well, ie, about 4.94 billion people are at risk of unsafe practice.
Those of you who have practiced medicine in the back of beyond will
know what I mean. Those of you who grew up in a system that has a
group of doctors, a chemist or two and a fully equipped DGH every 3
miles might find difficult to understand :-)

No. The patient has that responsibility. However, if I had a choice, I
would protect my privacy
first (personal opinion). If I were to have something that I don't
want anybody to know about, I might even register under a false name
and address or seek 'Swiss bank account kind of medical care' (IP
rights reserved)
