Does that not put pressure on us to do those extra unsociable hours -
more income etc.
There are doctors who prefer those hours.
We have at times had doctors doing regular saturday surgeries, as
opposed to the duty doc one for urgent problems only, the patients like
it too, but it is sometimes hard when they expect the full services at
those times from the rest of us as well.
