I mentioned 3 things to a patient today regarding his BP which was 160/90 mm
of Hg.
Exercise, shed a few kilos and avoid table salt as non pharmacological
measures. At the end of the 7 1/2 minute consultation, I asked him to tell
me the three things I mentioned and guess what? He remembered only two -
hesitantly!
