Because the concept of informed consent is difficult in this case. The false positive rate is high. Few people in this group will
have any idea of the actual consequences of a false positive test. Insurance becomes a bit difficult for a few years I would have
thought. You are not likely to be doing any good by doing the test and you might do a lot of harm.
