It rather depends on what one is purporting to find out, define or be
able to state after that investigation.
Was not the point that the investigation itself (exercise ecg) is of
dubious value in a fit adult and so we would be implying we were
undertaking something useful that could reassure, when in fact we
weren't - that's the unethical bit.
