It's very hard to devise a "nanny" system that looks after all the
possibilities. What if the man taking Viagra (but didn't tell his wife) has
a heart attack during the "unaccustomed" exertion? He is then taken to an
A+E where nitrates are used to dilate the coronaries. I gather the result
will be most 'orrible to see.
He should really have a dog tag saying "I take Viagra". Would he wear it?
Would you?
