Why, oh why do we accept such sloppiness when powerful, sometimes
necessary drugs are involved? Nannying people to that extent merely
promotes abrogation of responsibility. Have you ever tried to buy
something when you don't have the means to pay?

Of course but bank cards have a password and seem to work. Why do we
insist on perfection when it is impossible - there never will be a
completely watertight system to the dedicated fraudster. Remember the
dongle?
