Mark, I think the holiday suggestions are clearly the best advice to follow
but if you want to take up the bot tox one then give Iain Ferguson a ring at
Litfield House. You might remember some time back I posted a clinical query
about a Lawyer patient of mine who had severe torticollis for 6 years with
nearly 50 degrees of head tilt!!!. Well she is "cured" - Its really quite
amazing - Anyhow he runs a private clinic twice a week there.
