Resources memory has nothing to do with those three. It is a section of
memory set aside for internal housekeeping by the CPU. It tends to
happen if the program is resource hungry or you have too many things
going on at once.

It sounds as if its either working too hard or there is a short
somewhere in the transformer windings, or somewhere else. Maybe its just
knackered. Cheap to replace and probably best to do so - get a bigger
one.
