Some months ago I asked if anyone knew of a USB scanner. Ahmad pointed
agreed that the Logitech was the only one he knew of. In the end I opted
for a parallel port scanner : Logitech Freescan which has a much better spec
than the USB model and is a super buy. I can't fault it.
I notice in an ad in PC Direct that USB cables and adapters are now
available for Windows 98, including a USB / Parallel adaptor. Does anyone
know if this works with Windows 95. i.e Can I plug my parallel scanner into
the USB port via an adaptor?
