Antimalarials are specifically included as a category in Schedule 2 of NHS
Regulations, para 38 (o), page 89, regarding the ability to charge fees.
Even if the patient said he wanted Viagra for travel purposes outside the
UK, visiting the White House perhaps, you could not charge a fee if the
patient is on your list.
I will continue to try and change things.
Consultants do indeed have a different contract.
