I've been trying to do this since Christmas when I changed to Outlook and haven't managed it yet.
Ahmad's suggestion below, of using the To: field, is clearly not relevant to income mail.
The problem is that mail from GP-UK has the from field set the original sender not to GP-UK. This in generally helpful but not when it comes to filtering out GP-UK e.g this mail will appear in Outlook as from Ewan Davis.
There is a field in outlook "Have replies sent to" which is usually set to GP-UK. This will cause replies to messages from the list to be sent to GP-UK (generally what you want) and it can be used in the "View:Group by" to get most GP-UK messages together for manual movement to another folder. However, I can't find anyway to access this field in the rules wizard. Incidentally a few messages from GP-UK have this field set to the original sender as well. This would appear to be something about the sender's set-up (e.g. hotch's mail is always like this) and would also explain why a few GP-UK posts also ended up duplicated in my personal mail when using Turnpike.
Searching for the text gp-uk is of no use as this does not generally appear in the subject or body of GP-UK messages. It will be in the header text but this doesn't make it to outlook (or if it does it's inaccessible). Ahmad's PCG list put [PCG-UK] in all the subject lines and this is a great help can GP-UK do this? (I will ask the list owners)
All I can suggest is filtering on mail from Ahmad, Adrian and Hotch which gets 80% of GP-UK mail (Also buries any personal mail from them !)
While on the subject of Outlook. Have other Outlook user had problems with a message along the lines of "can't read the mailbox . Check if there is enough memory". I get my email from demon pop3 using VPOP3 ( a wonderful programme if you want to forward mail to the kids on your home network). And this problem may be with VPOP. However, their FAQ claims it is because Outlook is less tolerant of badly formatted messages. I get the problem rarley usually with message from junk mailers (which often have strange headers) and on every message from Jon Wilcox via GP-UK. (It's easy to clear the offending message with VPOP3) do other Outlook user choke on Jon's messages.

Since all messages to gp-uk must be addressed 'to' gp-uk, the easiest
address is the [To] one. That is [log in to unmask]
You need to marry this address with [To:] in the filter rule. Make sure
this applies to incoming mail only otherwise you might confine your
pearls to gp-uk to that box ;-)
