One of the things I have been thinking about for some time (oh god,
here he goes again!) that is perfectly feasible and doable nowish is the
idea of a local health channel beamed across the cable TV network.
I mean really local here. Perhaps managed by Primary Care Trust and the
local citizens served by that trust with 2 way communications, health
programming, news etc.
People *do* pay attention to TV. Why can't we expolit that?
"come on down Mrs Smith, your blood pressure check is over due!"
Any TV producers lurking around?
