The best, however you define them, appear to confront their patients more
often - perhaps that's the definition of quality practice? Therefore more
complaints. But these are disputes worth having .We are doctors trying to
establish adult partnerships with patients, not poodles. Anyone getting
letters about "attitude" translating to Disagreement?
