A technical question.
Unfortunately, I have yet to get RealPlayer to perform properly on my
Dell Pentium II 300 Mhz. running Windows 95. RealPlayer itself works
fine, but as soon as I install it, random patches of font in all other
applications go bonkers and appear (to my uneducated eye) to look about
like Arabic cursive script. Happens to parts of a Word document, E-mail
messages, Yahoo search pages; and an affected page may print on screen
normally when refreshed (or maybe not).
Uninstalling ReaLPlayer cures problem immediately.
I have tried two versions - last downloaded 2 weeks ago, 1st 4 months
ago.
E-mails to Dell, RealPlayer and Microsoft describing problem gave "Gee,
that's interesting - never heard that one before!" from first two (and
zip from MS).
In short, Jel, Madcow yes, Babe no... :-{{
Any easy ideas?
Regards,
Phil
