Motivate GP registrars by being enthusiastic yourself. That is all you need to do, 'cos it's addictive! That is my formula anyway, and it seems to work for me very effectively. If negative modelling is seen to be a problem, discuss it openly rather than pretending it isn't there. Video recording is an extremely valuable learning tool for us all - when did YOU last do it?
After all, "some of the truths discussed here" are really fibs....
