Definitely. :-)
Now we need word pictures for each stage to enable definition.
But I have some doubts as to how far up this scale one would go as a GP
registrar?
As George said, maybe knowing what you don't know is the most important
thing to learn.
Actualisation seems to encompass recognition, apprehension,
enlightenment, even a degree of introspection, or intimacy (in the
intended sense of the word).
And so the learning does not stop there ....
