For one thing, I would keep the GP Registrars in the dark regarding the list
"GP-UK" :-) Some of the truths discussed here can be terribly de-motivating
to the faint hearted :-) Secondly, video recording consultations is a pain
in the neck. I would rather prefer a "clinical" examination of a dozen
patients or so with a couple of eagle eyed examiners watching over me. Saves
a lot of drama in the surgery, IMHO
