Anyone responding via the list to Mohamad's or the original notice
should be aware of the cc list (deleted in this post). I would add that
it is generally not a good idea to cc non-subscribers on mailing list
messages (or other mailing lists for that matter). They may not
appreciate receiving all the mailing list follow-ups. It is also
possible that Mohamad is not a subscriber to this list (the list is
cc'd, not the primary recipient) if the list is configured to allow
posting from non-subscribers (he may be a subscriber to
Orthopod@mailbase).
