And how will you ensure that these overcrowded 'efficient' super-surgeries
will not encourage the "I don't give a toss what you say- if you don't
like it, find another practice that'll take you" attitude.
Oh, silly me I forgot. Because the obersturmfuhrer's of the RCGP will be
watching, that's how.
But hang on a minute...reduce the capitation element *and* fewer
practices...how?
Oh silly me, I forgot again. There will be only 5 doctors per PCG...3 on
the board and 2 working. The other practioners will all be consultant
nurses.
