I think Clinton may be one of the caged animals referred to in another
thread. Imagine what it is like to be always surrounded by guards and
sycophantic creeps who say "Yes, Sir" or "No, Sir" every time he clears his
throat, or to have to summon a whole motorcade to go along the street.
A quick sexual encounter in the office may be one of the few spontaneous
freedoms
available to him.
Us ordinary people may not have much power, but we have more freedom than
Bill. He is too busy "guarding the free world" to have freedom himself.
