I have given high dose Indomethacin (50mg tds generic, not SR) for dizzy
men/menorrhagia and reported excellent results for pain and bleeding. Cheap
too.

Nah, let's get really exciting. How about mefenamic acid for dysmenorrhoea.
What makes it special?
That you where told it was the treatment of choice when at medical school?
That there is evidence to show that it is effective? - there is -
Could I suggest that it is no more effective than any other NSAID, and the
only
reason that evidence exists to show that it works is because it's too toxic
for
continuous use and the manufacturers were looking for a niche market with
intermittent usage.
