Well said. Hospital carrers are geared towards accumulation of ever-
narrowing knowledge - highly unsuitable for GP in my opinion.
I believe in GP we should start with a med degree as the narrowest band
and strive to broaden our knowledge - basing our career structure on
the ability to do more rather than less.
