Well, I think there are different reasons for coding email in
the various methods available. Some (like posting in HTML) are
due to simple ignorance. Some people never learn how to drive
their newsreaders properly before venturing out onto the infobahn.
Rot-13ing something generally needs a degree of cluefulness.
I'm not sure about uuencoding - I think this also needs malice
aforethought.
