I don't understand the question Midge.
Any bonafide GP practice qualifies to connect to NHSnet
You have to pay for the messages and any hardware such as modems etc, but
you can use outlook and any browser to access the network. Any specialist
data exchange requiring EDIFACT may need software from your supplier.
