Customs don't always charge, can't look at everything I guess. One in three
in my exoperience getts charged. Software can be downloaded sometimes then
it is duty free.
Look at http://www.controlmemory.com for some amazing prices on laptop
upgrades.
Most sites will have a button for insurance or e-mail them for details.
I might write about this in one of the comics if they are listening and want
