Didn't know ie3 did it as well. Are you sure you havn't got ie4 lurking
(autoloads with Outlook and some bits of Office97) You can get things loaded
without being in the start up directory by loading them from win.ini with a
load= command in the desktop section. Don't try adding or deleting anything
without backing it all up first!
