I have never taken any nail clippings - the idea revolts me - am I
therefore in any way negligent?
Why do we treat fungal nail disease?
Possible answers: appearance/smell/spread of infection
Actual reasons: because the patient asks us
So does it really *need* treating?
I mean, dumpy Mrs Bloggs has an unattractive appearance, smell and
surely spreads something ... but we aren't all jumping to treat her and
if she asks we just say *eat less exercise more* - or will we all be
using orlistat?
