Would seriously only need to rid myself of some 200 to lighten my load by
more than 30%! :-)) One of the beauties that computers do is to tell me who
are the high user patients (as if I didn't know) and list them!

Still play that game from time to time. 90% of the work from 10% of the
patients eh?
Seriously I am looking hard at what we as a practice actually do. Checked
with the PNurse to find her doing dressings that DN could do, removing
sutures that AEU put in, doing 2/3 DPT and MMRs that HV should be doing,
Zoladex's that seem to have escalated beyond reason.
Somethings got to give and I think I will try the easy stuff first but may
have to drop me list (2100) take an NHS pay cut and use the extra time to do
private medicals.
Anyone want to take on 100 odd patients? You'll become fast friends you'll
see them that often?
