Pendleton rules, yes the relevant one is to not say anything nasty
about a video before you have found something nice to say about it.
One of the differences between GP training and hospital doctor
training, and demonstrably works better for all the others in a
learning group - but less well if the game is to climb th eladder of
specialist promotion by belittling your peers.
Pendleton also made an inept description of the progress of a
consultation in terms of 9 levels - the 9 activities which moght be
going on.
THe accurate description is of course in terms of progress of a line
through a 10 dimensional space (9 + time) but most trainers have
difficulty doing the visualisation, I suspect.
