Pus about let it out - I think this probably holds true - ie we can't
treat the abcess properly but the dentist can.

No, no, no, no, no - what would they agree - perhaps 9 or 10 quid? If
we were talking about a proper consultation fee (starting at 30 quid for
an in-hours session) then I might be persuaded.
Also - I think it is negligent to be pretend to be able to properly
assess and treat a dental abcess.
