Surely too complex. How would you make sure such consent was valid. Once it
was set up someone would have to go and get consent from all the other people
on the list before you could start to use the idea. Then it would be an
excellent way to abuse the confidentiality that we should be provididng. I
for one would not sign such a consent, how does the system deal with those
who are not happy?
