We discussed the possibility of PAM's having access to the notes some time
ago. We only allow access if the physio or whatever if a partner has looked
at the notes first. This forces greater communication with each other, you
may as well ask the doctor who is giving you the notes rather than look at
them, thus it had a good knock on effect and increased confidentiality
