Sorry Katie, these are public bodies spending public money. The sort
of worries you express are used by HAs to keep secret much which should
not be.
THe antidote to misinformation is correct information and the best
channel for it is the Web.
THis is one reasone why it is ludicrous that the IT policy pressd upon
us prevents us from developing web-sites except as part of LMC or other
groupings, and prevents us (locally at any rate) from networking the
people who are taking time out of busy lives to try to get the rush job
of changing the NHS done.
