I don't visit routinely but try to pronounce death myself in-hours.....if they
are appreciative they will see you themselves.....the relatives I mean
.......and hope.
The letter looks good apparently medicolegally, if you are being cold about
it, as an acknowledgement of grief or loss or rather its absence exacerbates
any potential complaint.
