We have had probs too... x3 (EMIS user)
We were blaming the local lab for the disruption in downloading of blood
tests.
The lab said it was racal's fault
We have had to revert to a manual system again because of a lack of
confidence in the
electronic downloads.
This highlights the difficulties of data flows from providers and given us a
sense of unease.
