Who's talking about the NHS?!
The Firm takes over the functions of the NHS (like PCGs will anyway but
with all the 'incompatibilties' I talked about before: open ended order
book, fixed income, etc.
The NHS becomes 'distributed'.
Local solutions for local questions. I define 'local' as big or as
small as you want it: street, town, region, country, bloc of nations
etc.
You are still thinking within the frame of reference of the old
paradigm. That frame of reference needs to be killed first then my
words would make much more sense :-)
