Notwithstanding the wisdom and correctness of these comments, will this
not create a new set of problems? As limited companies you may be
taken-over, bought, sold and otherwise changed as time goes by.
Predatory companies with greater assets make attractive offers combined
with false promises for the future, with an eye to controlling a
monopoly situation.
No names to protect the guilty. ;-)
