Yes I totally agree, you have thought this through and not just shot

I dont know, but integration wiht GP IT is a must for NHS-D to work in
the way it needs to for primary Care. We have been looking at this and
pulling the relevant people together in the area to try and put some
bones on the problems. If the new IT&T policy doesnot address it then
there will be a gap in the system which would have to have local
solutions. Daft for a national system, but about right for the NHS
