Cost is £400-odd + whatever else you need and secretarial costs.
If it's any help Norhtumberland HA have agreed to pay the £1300 it costs for
our practice to do QPA.
Why do it all at once? If you look on it as a development tool, QPA and FBA
have different slants. Could do one first, and the other as a "check" later...
If you do them both at once, they are /similar/ _but_ you will be doing some
stuff twice, which isn't so productive.
However, you would get a plaque AND a certificate ;-)
