as a specialist nurse with 2 other nurses to be accountable for my week is
full. my job is divided between nurse practitioner and nurse manager.
running nurse led triage clinics, to practice nursing well woman, travel,
general, asthma, family planning, diabetic etc. Sorting out intricate
timetables, paper work, audits, summarising etc. Staff appraisals and any
thing else going. My grade is H
