Skill mix I presume? :-) I agree with this but it is not necessarily as
cheap an option as people think due to the extra supervision needed. We
have a D grade "Baby Clinic" nurse who does an excellent job but has needed
a lot of extra support and troubleshooting. I think that this is an area
where BIG mistakes can happen and I certainly wouldn't be happy with an
"injectorist" but I'm sure there would be solicitors who would make money
on it. ;-)
