BT doesn't have anyone around at weekends to deal with problems with
NHS Net.
One of the stories fed to us to make us want to join NHS Net is that
the service level agreement means that it would be a reliable service.
I get tetchy when I think I have been systematically lied to, and I
think I may have an outbreak of crossness coming on over this.
Meanwhile, NHS Net is, for the fourth time, and the second time in 2
weeks that I know of, broken.
Who is actually in charge of it? I want to put their name on my career
tracking list.
