It is not just N&E Devon I have had a similar problem with sending mail
Southampton and SW Hants HA. Sometimes it gets through in 4 or 5 days
sometimes it comes back as above and on special occasions gets through
straight away - well a few hours. I think the firewall to the nhs net is so
thick an exocet misssile won't penetrate it.
